I don’t want to disappoint you.
I have no clue what the next technological breakthrough will be.
But one thing I do know is that similar to shales in the 2000s, offshore in the 1970s, seismic and wireline after World War 1, and the rotary drill bit developed for the wells at Spindletop, tomorrow’s technology will seem like it came out of nowhere but in reality, it was there all along!
