14 Chevron charts that will make you think
What’s up Chroniclers.
A couple weeks ago I posted a bunch of charts on ExxonMobil stock since the dissolution of Standard Oil in 1911 (HERE).
It was well received so I decided to do the same for Chevron.
Most data sources only go back to the 1970s but I dug through old newspapers to get the data back to the breakup.
OK, let’s dive right in!
Let’s kick it off with Chevron share price on an absolute (blue line) and divided by the S&P 500 (orange line) since the breakup.
